Right of withdrawal

According to Spanish and European law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide a reason.

How to request a return

Write to us at info@frescly.es indicating your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Once received and inspected, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method.

30-day guarantee

In addition to the legal right, at Frescly we offer you a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund your money.

Defective products

If you receive a defective item, we will cover the return costs and send you a new one or issue a refund.
